Why do Women Live Longer than Men?

See below:

Wallis Dress to Kill pictures.

A Husband takes his wife to play her first game of golf. Of course, the wife promptly hacked her first shot right through the window of the biggest house adjacent to the course.

The husband cringed, "I warned you to be careful! Now we'll have to go up there, find the owner, apologize and see how much your lousy drive is going to cost us."

So the couple walked up to the house and knocked on the door. A warm voice said, "Come on in."
When they opened the door they saw the damage that was done: glass was all over the place, and a broken antique bottle was lying on its side near the pieces of window glass.

A man reclining on the couch asked, "Are you the people that broke my window?"

"Uh...yeah, sir. We're sure sorry about that," the husband replied.

"Oh, no apology is necessary. Actually I want to thank you.. You see, I'm a genie, and I've been trapped in that bottle for a thousand years. Now that you've released me, I'm allowed to grant three wishes. I'll give you each one wish, but if you don't mind, I'll keep the last one for my self."

"Wow, that's great!" the husband said. He pondered a moment and blurted out, "I'd like a million dollars a year for the rest of my life."

"No problem," said the genie. "You've got it, it's the least I can do. And I'll guarantee you a long, healthy life!"

"And now you, young lady, what do you want?" the genie asked.

"I'd like to own a gorgeous home in every country in the world complete with servants," she said.

"Consider it done," the genie said. "And your homes will always be safe from fire, burglary and natural disasters!"

"And now," the couple asked in unison, "what's your wish, genie?"

"Well, since I've been trapped in that bottle, and haven't been with a woman in more than a thousand years, my wish is to have sex with your wife."

The husband looked at his wife and said, "Gee, honey, you know we both now have a fortune, and all those houses. What do you think?"

She mulled it over for a few moments and said, "You know, you're right. Considering our good fortune, I guess I wouldn't mind, but what about you, honey?"

You know I love you, sweetheart," said the husband. I'd do the same for you!"

So the genie and the woman went upstairs where they spent the rest of the afternoon enjoying each other.  The genie was insatiable. After about three hours of non-stop sex, the genie rolled over and looked directly into her eyes and asked, "How old are you and your husband?"

"Why, we're both 35," she responded breathlessly.

"No Kidding," he said.  "Thirty-five years old and you both still believe in genies?"

How many of you believe that we have been visited by extraterrestrials?
Apparently its worse than that.....there are accounts of UFO's in Trinidad. According to UFO Hunters they have reached our shores, or atmosphere for that matter.
The following is a map of the UFO sightings in Trinidad:

Sightings date way back to the year 1960.

A sighting on the 13th of May, 2015:
The observer noticed the UFO and assumed it was a plane. Upon further investigation it was realized that the 'plane' had stopped moving and seemed like a star in the sky. It then assumed positions in the sky that no plane or helicopter or any aerial vehicle is known to be capable of. the motions were typical of that of a UFO....at least from what I have heard.

Other UFO sightings in Trinidad describes similar movements. Also, there are odd lighting effects ranging from blue to red.

Another observation from reading the sightings is that there are instances where the observer noticed more than one UFOs at once. One account on August of 2012 stated that 10 balls of fire were seen. The spectators argued whether they were UFOs or Soucouyants.

Most of the UFO sightings are described as orbs or circular lights. However, one person gave an account on 31st July, 1987 that they say a cigar shaped object in the sky. they gave an approximate size of being 150 feet long and 40 feet high and metallic in nature. These cigar shaped UFOs are usually assumed to be 'mother ships'.

Most of the UFO sightings documented seem to be in the northern area of Trinidad with no UFO documentation of Tobago sightings.

I believe these are not all fake accounts. Some must be real, if not all. Go on and have a look for yourself:

15 Amazing Photos Showing the Dangerous of Constructing the Empire State Building

The Empire State Building is an iconic office building known as "the Most Famous Skyscraper in the World." Built during the Depression between 1930 and 1931, the Empire State Building became the world's tallest office building until 1967. The design of the building changed 16 times during planning and construction, but 3,000 workers completed the building's construction in record time: one year and 45 days, including Sundays and holidays.

Sep, 13. 1930. Carl Russell waves to his co-workers on the structural work of the 88th floor of the new Empire State Building.

Sept. 29, 1930. Flirting with danger is just routine work for the steel workers arranging the steel frame for the Empire State Building, which will be the world's tallest structure when completed.
These guys are not even wearing harnesses, safety vests or much of anything that implies that they are doing this job safely. It's amazing that they work with such courage. I am uncertain as to the PPE (personal Protective Equipment) that were in use in those times, but geez, this is scary.

How could you sleep like that? Or is he actually awake? Either way I cant sit there that comfortably.
Sept. 29, 1930.
So this guy seems to be drilling or something. But look at his position. He is outside the perimeter of the building balancing on some kind of make shift structure.....amazed yet?

Sept. 29, 1930. An odd photographic trick placed this steelworker's finger on the lofty pinnacle of the Chrysler Building. This view was taken from the Empire State Building, the world's tallest building, which is now rising on the site of the old Waldorf-Astoria in New York City. A mooring mast for dirigibles will cap this 1,284-foot structure.

Most of these guys could make a living in the circus world.....I'm not making fun of them though. Look at the balance on these beams and stuff. this is a whole new set of construction talent to me.
Oct. 29, 1930. A construction worker hangs from an industrial crane during the construction of the Empire State Building.

Jan. 26, 1932. It may be painful for the ant-like spectators in the street below, but it's all in a day's work for these smiling window washers as they go about their precarious work cleaning up the Empire State Building, world's tallest structure, at dizzy heights of hundreds of feet above the street.

Jan. 26, 1932. The startling 'shot' was made by the photographer looking down upon the window washers on the 34th street side of the world-famed building. Note the tiny insects that are motor cars and pedestrians.

Dec. 2, 1932. A striking silhouette atop the gigantic RCA Building in Rockefeller Center, New York, as workmen light their cigarettes at the end of a working day. The Empire State Building rises dramatically in the background.

Mar. 24, 1936. An unusual picture of one of the intrepid window washers working on the Empire State Building, as he pauses in his task to draw a lung-full of clean air at his height. With the oncoming of the warmer weather our skyscrapers begin to look like giant ant-hills as these washers clamber over the faces of the structures calmly doing their nerve-tingling work. Or maybe the fellow pictured here is just issuing an invitation to the cameraman to come a little closer.

Sept. 19, 1930. Workmen at the new Empire State building that is being erected on the site of the old Waldorf Astoria Hotel at 34th Street and 5th Avenue. in New York, by a corporation headed by the former Governor Al Smith, raised a flag on the 88th story of the great building, 1,048 feet above the street. The flag thus is at the highest point in the city higher then the Crystler Building. Photo shows the workmen at the ceremonies.

Sept. 29, 1930. Erected on the site of the old Waldorf Astoria, this building will rise 1,284 feet into the air. A zeppelin mooring mast will cap this engineering feat.

July 30, 1945. Workmen erect scaffolding on the 33rd Street Side of the Empire State Building as reconstruction work on the skyscraper begins. In spite of the damage the structure suffered when a B-25 crashed between the 78th and 79th stories, the world's tallest building was open today (July 30th), two days after the tragic accident.

Feb. 28, 1956. Workmen place one of the new beacon lights in position on the 90th floor of an impressive electronic crown in the form of four far-reaching night beacons. Combined, the four Empire State Night lights will generate almost two billion candle power of light and will be the brightest continuous source of man-made light in the world. Engineers say the beacons can be seen from as far as 300 miles. Cost of the installation is $250,000.
The Labour force required for the construction of this building exceeded 3000. In that number there is an account of 6 deaths and numerous injuries. We can understand why based on the safety measure in use visible from these photos.

Even after the construction, the Empire State Building is home to many suicides and suicide attempts, plane crashes and even shootings.

It should be noted that this is not the only construction site that had fatalities in that era. In fact, there are constructs that exist today that had many more fatalities during their construction. Check the following:
  1. Brooklyn Bridge has recorded 27 deaths during construction.
  2. Panama canal- over 20, 000 deaths in the first 20 years of construction.
  3. Hoover dam- 213 recorded deaths including heat prostration, drowning and electrocution, just to name a few.
  4. San Francisco- Oakland Bay Bridge- 24 fatalities during construction

Looking north from lower Frederick Street, a cyclist stops to “ole talk” with two friends; and on the right three shoppers hurriedly cross over from the Salvatori corner.

In March 1895, two business blocks stretching from lower Chacon to lower Henry Street were completely destroyed by fire, as a consequence of which a new and much more handsome Frederick Street, designed by the well known Architect/Builder George Brown, arose.

These photos from the 1930s and before, show an almost completely different culture to what exists in downtown Port of Spain today. People dressed as decently as they could (notice the number of suits); today’s limers in fish-net vestsand pants worn halfway down rear-ends would probably have been sent home or to jail as soon as they appeared on the street.

Some of the shops on Frederick Street of this era included Stephens Ltd., Davidson & Todd, J.T. Johnson, Canning & Co., The Bonanza – Smith Bothers later D. Hope Ross & Sons, Glendenning’s, Salvatori, Scott & Co. Ltd., Pereira & Co. Ltd., Millers, Hardware & Electric Supplies and W.C. Ross & Co.

Historical photos kindly provided by c Adrian Camps-Campins.

The architecture of this large bazaar known as “THE BONANZA” with its plate glass front, wrought iron gallery and lantern roof, epitomized the style prevalent on Frederick Street at the turn of the 19th Century.

“Meet me under the clock of Stephens” was the favourite cry of generations of shoppers. Sadly this landmark was removed when Stephens ceased operationsand the building was sold.

How To Drive In Trinidad

1. Turn signals will give away your next move. A real Trini driver never uses them, besides if you do, then the driver on the lane on which you are trying to get in front of will just accelerate to not let you get in.

2. Under no circumstance should you leave a safe distance between you and the car in front of you, or the space will be filled in by somebody else, putting you in an even more dangerous situation and also delaying you to your destination.

3. The faster you drive through a red light, the lesser the chance you have of getting hit.

4. Never, ever come to a complete stop at a stop sign. No one expects it and it will result in you being rear-ended.

5. Never get in the way of an older car that needs extensive bodywork, especially someone with no insurance ...the other guy doesn't have anything to lose.

6. Braking is to be done as hard and late as possible to ensure that your ABS kicks in, giving a nice, relaxing foot massage as the brake pedal pulsates. For those of you without ABS, it's a chance to stretch your legs.

7. Never pass on the right when you can pass on the left . It's a good way to prepare for people entering the highway.

8. Speed limits are arbitrary numbers, given only as a suggestion and are apparently not enforceable in T&T.

9. Just because you're in the right lane and have no room to speed up or move over doesn't mean that a Trini driver flashing his high beams behind you doesn't think he can go faster in your spot.

10. Always slow down and rubberneck when you see an accident or even someone changing a tire. This is seen as a sign of respect for the victim.

11. Learn to swerve abruptly. Trinidad is the home of high-speed slalom driving.

>

12. It is traditional in Trini to honk your horn at cars that don't move the instant the light turns green. Even though you are at risk of getting shot by the driver in front of you if you do this. Psst....you may be at similar risk from the driver behind if you don't.

13. Remember that the goal of every Trini driver is to get there first by whatever means necessary.

14.  'Flipping someone the bird' is considered a polite salute. This gesture should always be returned.

THANK YOU & HAVE A SAFE JOURNEY
